How it works

The 2-minute guide

This app replaces the paper schedule. You clock in, tap as you work, and the office sees it straight away, nobody fills in a spreadsheet ever again.

1

Sign in once

Enter your own PIN (the office will give you it). It signs you in as you, so you never type your name, everything you do is logged under your name automatically. You stay signed in on your phone for 30 days. Tip: use Add to Home Screen in your browser so it opens like an app.
2

Clock in when you get to site

Open Timesheet and tap Clock in, picking the job you're on. It records the time and your location for health & safety, so we know who's on site. Tap Clock out when you leave and your hours fill in automatically, no adding up.
3

See your jobs

Your home screen shows Your jobs (the projects and one-off jobs you're assigned to) and your contracts (the weekly rounds you look after). Open the one you're working on.
4

On a build job: update it as you go

Building and trade work shows under Your jobs. Open the job, set its status as you work (In progress, On hold, Done), add a quick site note, and take 📷 Before and 📷 After photos. The office sees it live.
5

On a round: tap what you did at each stop

Each plot is a card. Tap the jobs as you do them: Front Rear Side Strim Blow Collected Inspected. Use + / − to count bags. Every tap records the time automatically, so there's nothing to write down.
6

Take before and after photos

Tap 📷 Before when you arrive and 📷 After when you're done. It opens your camera, and the photo attaches as proof of work, it goes into the client report automatically.
7

Finish the stop

Tap Complete when a stop is done, it turns green and stamps the finish time. Couldn't do it (car in the way, locked gate)? Tap Missed so the office knows.
8

Spotted a problem? Raise a defect

Broken fence, fly tipping, damage: tap Defect, type a quick note, and it goes straight to the office with your name and the time.
9

Check the map

The Map shows the whole estate. Roads turn amber as work starts and green when finished, so you can see what's left at a glance.

Quick answers

Tapped something by mistake? Tap it again to undo it. Same for Complete and Missed.

Forgot to clock out? The home screen reminds you if you're still on the clock after a long shift. If it slips through, let the office know and they can fix your hours. Always clock in, even if the signal's poor.

A round says “not due this week”? Some sites are only done every other week or once a month. The app shows when the next one is due, so you only see a round on the weeks it needs doing.

What does “verify №” mean? That plot number came from the old spreadsheet, which scrambled some of them, so just do the work as normal, but let the office know if the number looks wrong on the ground.

No signal on the estate? Keep working, every tap and photo is saved on your phone and syncs by itself the moment you're back in signal. The bar at the bottom tells you how many changes are waiting; when it disappears, everything's saved.

Make it feel like an app: open the menu in your browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It gets its own icon and opens full-screen.

In the office?

Managers, finance and directors have their own guide covering the command centre, rounds, projects and trade jobs, reactive works, the team, timesheets, who's on site, invoicing and the finances.
