How it works
The 2-minute guide
This app replaces the paper schedule. You clock in, tap as you work, and the office sees it straight away, nobody fills in a spreadsheet ever again.
Sign in once
Clock in when you get to site
See your jobs
On a build job: update it as you go
On a round: tap what you did at each stop
Take before and after photos
Finish the stop
Spotted a problem? Raise a defect

Quick answers
Tapped something by mistake? Tap it again to undo it. Same for Complete and Missed.
Forgot to clock out? The home screen reminds you if you're still on the clock after a long shift. If it slips through, let the office know and they can fix your hours. Always clock in, even if the signal's poor.
A round says “not due this week”? Some sites are only done every other week or once a month. The app shows when the next one is due, so you only see a round on the weeks it needs doing.
What does “verify №” mean? That plot number came from the old spreadsheet, which scrambled some of them, so just do the work as normal, but let the office know if the number looks wrong on the ground.
No signal on the estate? Keep working, every tap and photo is saved on your phone and syncs by itself the moment you're back in signal. The bar at the bottom tells you how many changes are waiting; when it disappears, everything's saved.
Make it feel like an app: open the menu in your browser and choose Add to Home Screen. It gets its own icon and opens full-screen.
In the office?
Managers, finance and directors have their own guide covering the command centre, rounds, projects and trade jobs, reactive works, the team, timesheets, who's on site, invoicing and the finances.
